John Starnes' Urban Farm: One rain gauge says 2.5 inches yesterday, another says 3 inches, another says 4 inches, the last says 5 inches!!! My neighbor Don said the official number was 4 inches!

One rain gauge says 2.5 inches yesterday, another says 3 inches, another says 4 inches, the last says 5 inches!!! My neighbor Don said the official number was 4 inches!
