Thanks to Paul Zmoda for his suggestion today to wrap dormant cuttings from my "Gray Street Grape" in damp newspaper then put them in the fridge in a plastic bag for a couple of months THEN stick the cuttings! I'll do this plus as I did before and layer dormant vines still attached to the mother plant in 1 gallon pots of soil atop the duck pen as Josh Jamison and Mary Shalhub-Davis and others want to grow this very vigorous tasty purple Mystery Bunch Grape that I rescued years ago from a rental on Gray Street that was to be bull dozed. The flavor has a distinct element of Concord grape to it. Sometiess I think it might be 'Conquistador', sometimes I think it might be an improved form of Vitis aestivalis like 'Norton'
