I was asked by a member of the Barefoot Gardener's forum my recipe for arugula pesto....

My answer:

I don't really have a recipe as I never measure....I think I do this each time:

Big fistful of arugula in blender

Big fistful of Lesbos basil leaves in blender

maybe a cup of sunflower seeds or pecans

sea salt

a ton of garlic

pour in extra virgin olive oil from Big Lots, blend until it is a thick puree'.


(p.s.   some sweet smart guy with nice pecs should marry me for my cooking and insatiable sex drive!)
