I've never been able to get seeds or tubers but want to try this native American crop.

    Me too. I can't find 'em.

    I did score some Dioscorea alata bulbils this year (and dug up an 8lb tuber in the woods, to boot), so that's at least some consolation.

    Native edibles are double-plus cool, though.
