I am looking for a handyman to help with my guest houses, apartments and hostel. You must have some of your own tools and have home repair skills. A valid drivers license and basic computer skills are required. I have extensive organic gardens on the property and you are welcome to garden here also. This is located in Clearwater--4.6 miles from the beach, 2 blocks from the Pinellas Bike trail and a 15 minute walk to downtown Dunedin. There are several options for lodgings here. It would include electric, water, cable and internet as well as private living quarters. I would expect approx 25 hours a week in trade. Must be an upbeat person! Interested?
